1. Submitting a takedown notice
Email notices to support.getpulse@gmail.com and include:
- Description of copyrighted work.
- URL/account details of allegedly infringing content.
- Good-faith statement and accuracy statement under penalty of perjury (where applicable).
- Signature (physical or electronic).
2. Counter-notice process
- Users may submit a counter-notice if they believe removal was incorrect.
- Counter-notice must include legal name, contact, content reference, and a good-faith statement.
- Pulse may restore content where legal requirements are met and no further court action is shown.
3. Repeat infringers
Pulse may suspend or terminate accounts with repeated valid infringement complaints.
